Babbitt, Nevada (Canvas)
Babbitt, Nevada (Canvas)
Babbitt was a racially segregated town next to Hawthorne Nevada & the Hawthorne Naval Ammunition Depot until the 1960s. If you go to Babbitt now, you can still see the sections where the houses use to be. In this photo, you can see a little bit of the Naval Base. If you ever visit Hawthorne, there is a beautiful museum that shows pictures and the history of Hawthorne, NV.
